For Design Studios

Your firm has the work. The production is the bottleneck.

Remote production support for design firms — construction drawings, documentation, revisions, and 3D visualization, delivered as an extension of your team.

North American standards · Remote-first · Start with one project

Sound familiar?

You finished the client meeting at 6pm — now you're finishing drawings at midnight. The work keeps coming in, but every project pulls you back into production: revisions, details, RFIs, coordination, markups. You're the bottleneck on your own firm — and you can't take on more without burning out the team.

Why the usual options don't fix it

You've already done the math

Every obvious fix adds overhead or misses the point. That's why the work keeps landing back on your desk.

01Hire a junior

More to train and check — not less work

02Intern / student

Can't carry real project pressure

03Random freelancer

Produces a file, doesn't understand how a project moves

04Contractor contact

Knows construction, misses design intent

05Do it yourself

Fastest in the moment — exactly what keeps you stuck

How I work

Built to remove the risk

The whole model is designed so working with me is low-stakes from the first deliverable.

01

An extension of your team

Your standards, templates, and workflow — the work comes back looking like yours.

02

Fluent in how projects move

I understand how a design project actually progresses, not just how to draw a file.

03

Canadian / North American standards

Documentation built to the conventions your firm and your consultants already work to.

04

Remote-first

No overhead, no desk, no hiring risk — production capacity without the commitment.

05

Start small

Begin with one project or one phase. Judge the work before you rely on it.

This is for

Small–mid design firms with active projects that need reliable production support — and an owner who's tired of being the bottleneck.

Not for

Firms looking to bring on an in-house hire, or that need someone on-site for daily, in-person collaboration.

Honest answers

The questions firms actually ask

Yes — because I work to your standards, not mine. Before anything goes into production I set up with your templates, title blocks, layer conventions, and drawing standards, and confirm scope on a short call. The first deliverable comes back checked against your conventions, not a guess. Remote is just where the work happens; the standard is always yours.

Most freelancers hand you a file. I hand you production that's ready to move through the project — coordinated, documented, and built the way your firm builds. We start with one project or one phase, so you can judge the work before you rely on it. If it isn't an extension of your team, you'll see it on the first deliverable.

Then that piece probably isn't mine — and I'll say so. I cover the production and documentation that doesn't need to be in the room: drawing sets, revisions, RFIs, coordination, and visualization. For site walkthroughs and daily in-person work you'll want someone local. Most firms use me for exactly the work that was keeping them at their desk at midnight.

Understood — and it should feel deliberate. I work inside your file system with access scoped to the project at hand, follow your confidentiality expectations, and am happy to sign an NDA before anything is shared. You stay the firm of record and the client relationship is always yours. Starting with one phase keeps the exposure small while we build trust.
